Return and Exchange Policy

Your dealings with Supplies Point mean that you agree to their own business policies. Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receiving.

1- The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within (7) days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • The product shipped with a product that did not match the order.
  • Product found to have a manufacturer defect.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all its accessories and in the same original packaging, and not be under one of the cases in which the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product.

 2-The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the products in the following cases:

  1. More than 7 days after receiving the product.
  2. When the product is used or damaged first, it must be in the original condition upon receipt.
  3. Damaged products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  4. Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
  5. Products without tags, original packaging, or missing accessories.
  6. All products clearly stated that this item cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. All computer accessories.
  8. Modified devices according to the customer’s desire (laptops – desktops – servers), where the site allows modification of some products based on the customer’s request.
  9. Computer software is completely non-refundable.

3- The mechanism of requesting the return or replacement of a product:

  1. The customer must contact the customer service team by calling 012 6059950 during working hours from 10 am to 10 pm from Saturday to Thursday, or send an official email to info@suppliespoint.com. The return or exchange request does not exceed 7 days from the date of Receipt and they must be provided with all your bill data and the reasons for return or replacement, and the request will be submitted to the relevant team for review and response to you regarding your request.
  2. After receiving the product to be returned or exchanged, the specialist team performs a full technical examination of the product and conforms to the conditions of return or replacement, and submits the request to the competent department for approval / rejection of the return or replacement.
  3. If the customer requests to replace the product – he will be given a new replacement product and the customer will not bear the return or shipping expenses (according to the shipping and delivery policy).
  4. The customer does not want the product and has requested a refund. According to the refund policy, a deduction of 100 Saudi Riyals will be made for shipping and other service fees.
  5. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the “computer” order while it is in the state of “installation”, “testing” or “packaging”, 300 riyals will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
  6. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the “computer” order while it is in the “shipped” state, 300 riyals will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
  7. In the event that the customer requests to cancel an individual piece while it is in the “shipped” state, 90 riyals of the shipping value will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
  8. All of our products carry a factory warranty. In the event that the product is broken or damaged during the warranty period, we are happy to help you to apply for a replacement for the damaged part if the reason is a manufacturing defect only.
  9. The customer does not want a new product and asks for his money back. The full amount paid to the customer will be returned to the customer, whether for the product or shipping and any other fees (according to the refund policy).
  10. In the event that the product has been damaged or malfunctioned due to misuse or wrong voltage connection, the returned product will be considered as not meeting the above-mentioned conditions and will be outside the scope of warranty (a report will be submitted from the authorized maintenance agent to prove this).
  11. The product to be returned or exchanged cannot be returned to us except through our approved shipping service providers or personally to the exhibition.
  12. One of our authorized shipping service provider representatives will contact you to set an appointment to receive the product to be returned or exchanged within a period of 2 to 10 working days from the date of responding to your request to return the product from a customer service team.

 

4-Products that do not meet the above conditions:

  1. In the event that the customer requests to repair the product due to misuse or to connect the electricity with a wrong voltage, he will be informed of the value of the repair costs and paid before starting the work, as well as bearing the return and shipping costs of 59 riyals.
  2. In the event that the customer does not want to repair the product because it does not meet the conditions of return or replacement or outside the warranty, the customer will bear the return and shipping fees of 59 riyals

5-Credit Card Processing Fee:

  • All payments by credit card are subject to a fee of 2.5% of the value of the order. A fee of 2.5% will be deducted in the event that all or part of an order is returned or canceled.
